  • I have tried weight loss programs before and nothing has worked. Why is this different?

    I hear how you have tried so hard and nothing seems to have worked, but you haven’t given up! Good for you to keep pushing forward. This program is a program that will help you address the obstacles and things that get in the way of continuing on your weight loss journey. It is the part that might have been missing for you all along.

  • Are you going to tell me what I need to eat and how to exercise? I feel like I know what I am supposed to do already.

    This is not a diet program, but a program to help you develop a better relationship with food so that you end the emotional eating.

  • How can you help me with me emotional eating?

    I will give you the tools to change your mindset, harness your values and goals so that you are in charge of your wellness journey. We will also help you deal with the little things that often get in the way and get us off track when we try to create new habits.

  • It sounds like it is going to be hard. Every time I start a new program I have to get new food and make time to go to the gym. It is really discouraging.

    I hear you! It feels like a big undertaking when we first get started on anything new. I am not going to ask you to make any big changes right now. In fact, this whole program is about taking small steps and making small changes. Small changes add up over time and they build on each other. So I absolutely encourage you to start small.

  • It is often the day to day stuff that gets in the way of me making healthy choices. I can’t change that stuff. I think I am just stuck and just need to wait until the kids grow up or my situation changes before I can make any changes.

    You don’t have to wait! You can make changes even when the day to day stuff seems to get in the way. I can help you with that.
